How to ask for a refund
Contact us and choose the “An order” topic. Include:
- The email address you used at checkout.
- Your Payhip order number, if you have it.
- A sentence or two about what went wrong.
What happens next
A person at Kozi Publishing LLC reviews every request individually and replies by email. If a refund is approved, it is issued back through Payhip to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
Download and listening help
Your audiobook files are delivered by BookFunnel. If a download link won’t open, a file won’t play or you need help getting the book onto your phone, BookFunnel’s reader support can help directly; the help link is on your BookFunnel delivery page. You can also contact us with the “A download” topic and we’ll point you the right way.
The free story
Book 1’s opening chapters are free, so there is nothing to refund. If you can’t access them, tell us and we’ll fix it.
On your card statement
Purchases are processed by Payhip. If you don’t recognize a charge, contact us before disputing it and we’ll help you trace it.
